Shipping & Returns
Squigs currently only ships within the United States as we are a super small team but we’ll keep you posted when we can ship globally!
Once the order is processed, you will automatically receive a tracking number. Our shipping time is approximately 2-8 business days. As soon as the package leaves our facility, it is up to the postal service to ensure its prompt delivery.
If lost or stolen, we are not liable once the package has left our facility and is with the delivery service. Since it is not in our control, we can not issue a refund but we are more than happy to help file a claim. Please email us at email@example.com with "Lost Package" in the subject line and we will get back to you ASAP!
